About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Information Service Representative to join our team at Pro Tax Block Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Banking Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process banking transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Promote Financial Products and Services: Promote and sell financial products and services to customers, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Answer Enquiries and Resolve Problems: Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any problems or discrepancies concerning their accounts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Account Openings and Savings Plans: Process received information required to open accounts and savings plans, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Sell Drafts, Money Orders, and Foreign Currency: Sell drafts, money orders, and foreign currency to customers, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English language proficiency required.
