As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for clearing a backlog of customer requests, including order processing, claims, and other related transactions. To excel in this role, you should have advanced knowledge of JD Edwards, Salesforce, and EDI functionality, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and Update Customer Requests: Utilize your technical expertise to review and update customer requests in Salesforce and perform corresponding actions in JD Edwards (JDE).
  2. Process Orders and Credits: Process orders, credits, rebills, RMAs, and other transactions in JDE, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  3. Collaborate with Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating and collaborating with customers via phone and email to identify and resolve concerns.
  4. Configure EDI: Review EDI errors and update configuration to improve touchless transmissions, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
