About the Role

The Multimedia Content Developer will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative multimedia content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, marketing materials, and video channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development and Execution:

Develop and produce high-quality, creative multimedia content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.

Create compelling video content, including scripting, filming, and editing, to enhance digital storytelling.

Video Production and Editing:

Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up locations, lighting, and equipment.

Edit video content to ensure it aligns with the brand's aesthetic and messaging goals.

Stay current with the latest video editing technology and techniques.

Content Strategy:

Contribute to the creation and implementation of content strategies to meet business goals, with a focus on video content.

Analyze gaps in our content and recommend new topics, particularly in video storytelling.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure brand consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice in all content, including video content.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and customer challenges to build a more effective editorial calendar.

Engagement and Analytics:

Monitor web traffic and engagement (e.g., conversions and bounce rates) to understand the effectiveness of the content, with an emphasis on video content.

Utilize SEO best practices to maximize reach to our target audience.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Video Production, Film, or a related field, along with proven content creation and video production experience.

A strong portfolio of work is required, specifically with YouTube and other social media platforms.

Candidates should also have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, alongside strong video editing skills.

This role requires flexibility to work in a remote setting as needed, and occasional travel may be required for on-location video shoots.
