Scope of Position
As a key player in our company's growth strategy, you will drive top-line results by developing, directing, and executing the sales strategy for our customer experience platform into large financial services customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Developing tailored plans and strategies to capture market share and achieve aggressive revenue and profit objectives.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, closing complex deals, and building lasting partnerships.
- Bolstering a high-performing sales organization through effective hiring, training, and deployment.
- Refining sales metrics and KPIs to optimize performance.
- Designing and implementing enhanced sales processes to track sales funnels and forecasts.
- Focusing the team to accelerate business growth, new market development, sector leadership, and profitability.
- Maintaining and enhancing senior-level relationships with existing customers.
- Providing regular updates and proactive reporting to senior management on results and future plans.
- Contributing innovative ideas to our company's strategic planning sessions.
- Assisting with corporate positioning, competitive analysis, customer segment selection, and penetration plans.
Expected Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
