Job Description

The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, supervising food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, knowledge of traditional Vietnamese cuisine, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality dishes
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
