Job Title: Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Manager to join our team at Gateway of Niagara Convenience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of fuel, merchandise, and supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the gas station, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budgeting.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the gas station.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
