Job Title: Transportation Engineer

At Dillon Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our transportation engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and managing transportation projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather information and insights necessary for proposal development
  • Analyze client requirements and RFP documents to understand project scope and objectives
  • Lead and facilitate development of the team's strategy to win
  • Develop comprehensive and technically accurate proposals that address client needs and align with company capabilities
  • Ensure proposals comply with industry standards, client requirements, and best practices
Key Skills:
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of the Canadian transportation market, including alternative contract delivery models
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp multidisciplinary aspects of transportation engineering projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and proposal management software
