About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Solutions Engineer to join our team at Geotab Inc. As a key member of our Solutions Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that expand our portfolio and retain existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in integration projects with partners, third-party integrators, and customers to ensure seamless implementation and deployment.
  • Create and optimize data-driven dashboards for cross-functional use, facilitating informed decision-making and efficient collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant technical field, such as software engineering, data analysis, or systems integration.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Python, SQL, Java, or C#.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, as well as data visualization tools like Superset or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
