Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team at Little Burgundy. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for assisting store management with basic store operations, developing associates, and achieving store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist store management with daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, and ensure that all company policies and practices are enforced.
  • Develop and train a successful sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees to ensure they are meeting their sales and performance targets.
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in store management's absence, including Loss Prevention practices.
  • Effectively communicate all store needs to store management and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Complete all required training programs and maintain a high level of knowledge and skills to perform the job effectively.
Requirements
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work night and weekend shifts, as well as complete all required training programs.
  • Age requirements for part-time employment may vary based on territory or province.
