About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team at Hotek Holdings LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed flooring plans and schedules to ensure efficient installation processes.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for each installation project.
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants to prepare surfaces for new installations.
  • Install a variety of flooring materials, including carpeting, vinyl decking, and other hard surfaces.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working at heights.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and working at heights.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
