Security Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join our team at LOGIXX SECURITY INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our facilities and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our facilities are in good working order.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a high level of customer service.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, identifying and resolving any technical issues.
- Monitor quality and production levels, implementing improvements as needed.
- Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports, providing regular updates to management.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, ensuring timely delivery.
- Resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
