About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Personal and Business Banking team as a Client Service Representative or Financial Services Representative. As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced Banking Centre, providing exceptional client service and using your knowledge of financial services products to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients manage their accounts and achieve their financial goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver a great client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on CIBC's products and services, and use this knowledge to provide clients with tailored solutions.
  • Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, and provide advice on solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CIBC's products and services, or a willingness to learn.
