Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service to First Nations, Métis, and Inuit clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the Personal and Business Banking team to deliver a comprehensive range of financial services, including banking, credit, and investment products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with CIBC's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
