About this role:

As a key member of our Sales and Operations team, you will play a critical role in optimizing our fulfillment operations and managing the flow of goods, information, and services within the supply chain network. With a holistic view of supply and demand, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance inventory optimization, transportation cost, and labor capacity management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize key network capacity metrics to ensure smooth flow of goods or services through the supply chain network.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence and facilitate agreements to achieve shared network capacity goals.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency in S&OP execution.

A day in the life:

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of operations with an emphasis on sales & operations plan execution, logistics optimization, network design, and analysis of operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and create solutions that lead to a richer end-to-end customer experience.
