We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at TANDOORI TIME INC. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of food service staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent service.
    • Manage staff schedules and ensure that adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Standing for extended periods and walking are required.
