About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Catering Service Manager to join our team at CHETAN CATERING AND TAKEOUT LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our catering service, ensuring seamless execution of events, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues, and plan and organize daily activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and negotiate with clients to meet their needs.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our catering services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
