- Authorize returns and exchanges, resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Operational Efficiency

- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales or management role

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
