Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Redcliff Family Foods. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Authorize returns, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. You must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
