Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, as well as conduct performance reviews.
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • 3-4 people supervised.
  • Attention to detail, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, team player, analytical, and proactive.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
