Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Trump Transport Inc.

Job Summary

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and submit reports on transportation activities and performance
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work on vehicles and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and performance
  • Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with production supervisor to schedule production runs and coordinate logistics
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports and other documentation
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
Work Environment

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work overtime as needed.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
