Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Trump Transport Inc.

Job Summary

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Coordination: Coordinate the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling, routing, and inventory management.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve transportation-related issues, such as delays or damage to goods.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on transportation operations, including metrics on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office and electronic scheduling software.
Work Environment

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work overtime as needed.
