Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant/Project Manager to join our team at the Workers' Safety & Compensation Commission of the NWT & Nunavut. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in promoting workplace health and safety while providing no-fault insurance to employers and care for injured workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business consulting activities to improve business processes and performance.
  • Analyze and deliver initiatives to enhance business outcomes.
  • Manage complex projects with significant business impact and risk.
  • Support the development of project and portfolio planning exercises.
  • Ensure services are optimized and value-adding processes are in place.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, financial management, or a related field.
  • Four years of project management, business analysis, or consulting experience.
  • Certification in Lean/Six Sigma, BPM, or Project Management (PRINCE2 or PMP) is an asset.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
