Job Title: Student Service Representative

Acadia University is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Student Service Representative to join our Admissions Office team. As a key point of contact for prospective students, you will provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the application process.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely information to applicants regarding admission requirements, application processes, and university policies.
  • Process and verify application documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and files related to student applications.
  • Collaborate with other university departments to ensure seamless communication and support for applicants.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of university policies, procedures, and academic regulations.
Requirements:
  • Certificate in office or business administration program.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management.
  • Familiarity with Acadia University's academic policies and procedures.
