Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team at CP. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics to support business objectives
  • Audit HRIS system data for accuracy and completeness
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with IS teams and stakeholders to meet reporting requirements
  • Ensure documentation compliance with CP policies and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR reporting and analytics experience
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), data visualization, and wrangling
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with dashboard tools like Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud
