About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Workforce Analytics and Strategic Planning Team as a Data Analyst Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, develop your skills, and receive mentorship from industry-leading professionals.

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for performing HR analytics and programming tasks, developing scripts and custom applications to automate and optimize existing HR processes, and supporting data/platform migration to the new Azure Databricks platform.

We are looking for a student who is enrolled in a Business, HR, Computer Science, Data Science, or Data Engineering program at an accredited post-secondary institution and is available to begin work in May 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Develop scripts and custom applications to automate and optimize existing HR processes
  • Support data/platform migration to the new Azure Databricks platform
  • Perform HR analytics and programming tasks
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term
  • Available to begin work in May 2025
  • Enrolled in a Business, HR, Computer Science, Data Science, or Data Engineering program at an accredited post-secondary institution
