About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Juice Dudez. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality control standards are maintained.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience at Juice Dudez.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for the team, ensuring that adequate staffing is in place to meet customer demand and maintain a high level of service quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession
  • Supervision: 3-4 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers
