Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Care Team as a Nursing Resource Coordinator. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team of nursing staff and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality client nursing services.
- Manage resources to achieve operational standards and ensure efficient use of staff and equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve consistent standards of client care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years recent clinical nursing experience, preferably in a community setting.
- Experience supervising staff, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Active CRNM registration and participation in professional associations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Case Management experience.
- Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
