About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to lead our Treasury Operations team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the operations of our Treasury department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage treasury positions in Foreign Exchange, Money Market, FX Derivatives, and Capital Market activities to support the Bank's financial goals and budget targets.
  • Ensure compliance with standard accounting procedures, regulatory expectations, and the Bank's internal liquidity and funding management framework.
  • Develop and implement effective treasury policies, procedures, and strategies to mitigate risk and maximize returns.
  • Liaise with corporate banking teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions and manage customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for treasury operations.
  • Supervise a team of dealers and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of treasury operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in treasury operations, with a proven track record of success in managing complex financial transactions and relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of money market, FX, capital markets, economics, and analysis of markets and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn proprietary dealing applications and other in-house systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
