About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Ridge Vapes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning the sales floor
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
