RIDGE VAPES Retail Sales Associate Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at RIDGE VAPES. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning the counter area.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
