Job Title: Small Business Counsellor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Small Business Counsellor to join our team at SOUTH GRANVILLE BUSINESS COLLEGE. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to promote economic growth and development.
  • Supervise a team of professionals and support staff to ensure the successful delivery of business development projects.
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, business leaders, and community organizations.
  • Provide advice and guidance to small business owners and entrepreneurs on business development and growth strategies.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations on business investment opportunities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote business development and growth.
  • Ensure that all business development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
