Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and answer their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help clients use our banking applications and ATMs, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve complex situations in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, helping them make informed financial decisions.
- Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships, fostering trust and loyalty with our clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement, exceeding their expectations in every interaction.
- Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
