Your expertise will be essential in maintaining and supporting our office network, remote access, and providing other support as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware and related peripherals
  • Maintain and support the office network, remote access, and provide other support as required
  • Configure, test, and integrate new hardware into our current system
  • Provide internal and external support, including maintenance of internal audio/visual equipment
  • Assist in procurement, support, and implementation services as needed for our external clients

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of network and computer equipment
  • Experience with VMware, Hyper V, Ubuntu Linux, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Outlook Exchange Server
  • Knowledge of virtualization, including cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Reporting Structure:

The position reports directly to our Internal Systems Technology Team Leader, responsible for the Internal support team. You will be supported by a team of dynamic technology specialists who are specialized in network design, systems implementation, and industrial control systems.
