Your expertise will be essential in maintaining and supporting our office network, remote access, and providing other support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware and related peripherals
- Maintain and support the office network, remote access, and provide other support as required
- Configure, test, and integrate new hardware into our current system
- Provide internal and external support, including maintenance of internal audio/visual equipment
- Assist in procurement, support, and implementation services as needed for our external clients
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of network and computer equipment
- Experience with VMware, Hyper V, Ubuntu Linux, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Outlook Exchange Server
- Knowledge of virtualization, including cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Reporting Structure:
The position reports directly to our Internal Systems Technology Team Leader, responsible for the Internal support team. You will be supported by a team of dynamic technology specialists who are specialized in network design, systems implementation, and industrial control systems.
