We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Talent team as a Global People Survey Operations Lead. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of the annual Global People Survey, a critical component of our organization's talent management strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of the Global People Survey, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Communications, to ensure seamless survey administration and data management
