Project Manager, Buildings and Infrastructure Development

Job Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Building Design and Construction Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple building design and construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement project management plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on building design and construction.
Experience in working on BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure design & planning projects.
Experience in working on Alternative Delivery Projects: Public Private Partnerships, Owners Engineer, CM at Risk, and Design Build is an asset.
Registration with PMI and PMP designation are an asset.

Salary Range: $85,280.00 to $135,200.00 per annum, commensurate with experience.
