Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at Associated Engineering. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects in the Buildings sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects in the Buildings sector, including design and planning projects for public and private sector clients.
- Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Civil Engineering for public and private sector clients with a focus on the Buildings sector.
- Experience in working on BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure design & planning projects.
- Experience in working on Alternative Delivery Projects: Public Private Partnerships, Owners Engineer, CM at Risk, and Design Build is an asset.
- Registration with PMI and PMP designation are an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proven project management and business development experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior knowledge and experience with indigenous projects is considered an asset.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $85,280.00 to $135,200.00 and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
