Job Title: Hotel Night Auditor

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel transactions, investigating complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate complaints and claims in a fair and timely manner
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms efficiently
  • Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless guest experiences
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments accurately
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, maintaining a safe working environment
  • Clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing excellent customer service
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
  • Provide customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
  • Client focus, dependability, and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, judgement, and organized approach to work
  • Reliability, team player, and resourcefulness
