About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our Clinical Programs team at Bruyère Continuing Care. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing nutritional care to patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nutritional assessments and care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement nutrition-related interventions
  • Conduct nutrition education and counseling sessions for patients and families
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from a recognized university
  • Member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario
  • Experience with enteral feedings and Computrition software
  • Fluency in French and English
