Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Dietitian to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to develop and implement nutrition programs that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement nutrition programs for clients with various health conditions
  • Conduct nutrition assessments and provide personalized nutrition counseling
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Dietetics or a related field
  • Registration with the Canadian Dietetic Association
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
