Job Summary

As a Clinical Physiotherapist at Bruyère Continuing Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy treatment and care to our patients. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of physiotherapy treatment and care, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy treatment and care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans

Requirements

• Graduate of an educational program approved by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association
• Practicing member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Three (3) years clinical experience and current clinical knowledge pertinent to the position
• Experience in supervising students
• Demonstrated interest in continuing education
• ADP (Assistant Device Program) authorizer or eligible
• Fluent in French and English
