Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor to join our team at Triple O's, a premium quick service brand in BC. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting our management team and ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-day shift supervision, working closely with the team to ensure seamless operations
- Guest relations, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Training and developing team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles
- Administrative tasks, including managing inventory, scheduling, and other operational duties
- Previous supervisory or team leading experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Passion for service and commitment to quality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements, with the ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Experience with training and developing a team, with a focus on building skills and confidence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
- High energy and enthusiasm, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
