Key Responsibilities

  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring financial accountability
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, informing business decisions
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
