Cottage Time is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates, address customer complaints, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and a team player attitude, with a focus on client satisfaction.
