About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Pomerleau Construction. As a key member of our Civil & Infrastructure Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of various materials and supplies for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process for construction materials and supplies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation of materials
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. procurement, supply chain, business)
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
