Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Headhunter and Talent Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for defining required roles, creating job descriptions, and reviewing and analyzing incoming resumes. Your primary focus will be on finding and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategies
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates
    • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Candidate Sourcing and Selection
    • Screen and select the most qualified candidates for open positions
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
    • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and onboarding
    • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and candidate data

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • College diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
