Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize service and inspection work schedules using Oracle's automated scheduler functionality.
  • Ensure customer commitments are met regarding service delivery, communicating and resolving issues as needed.
  • Request and generate purchase orders for materials and subcontractors, manage time entry, and coordinate with the Warehouse Shipper & Receiver.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) surrounding service and inspection performance, reviewing and scheduling jobs until completion.
  • Order materials required for service, both scheduled and emergency, and distribute inspection reports and certificates as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a prominent level of organization.
  • Fleet scheduler or service coordinator experience.
  • Strong Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working in a SimplexGrinnell District or fast-paced work environment.
  • Use of ACE/Oracle systems and product knowledge of life safety equipment.
