We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Joy Farm Market. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
