Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Joy Farm Market. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
- Transportation: Public transportation is available.
