Key Responsibilities- Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean meats to prepare them for processing or cutting, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Cut and Trim Meats: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
- Remove Bones and Grind Meats: Remove bones from meat and grind meats to the required specifications.
- Weigh and Package Meats: Weigh meats for sale and package them for distribution.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Train and develop junior meat cutters to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality products.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced production environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and company policies.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
