Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

MobileComm, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for guiding our teams in adopting and implementing Agile/Scrum practices and values to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to meet customer demands
  • Assess the Agile maturity of the team and coach them to achieve higher levels, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving
  • Support team in project charter definition, budget forecast and project admin (PO, invoice, etc)
  • Facilitate getting the work done, support the team to remove roadblock
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Influence and onboard internal and external partners in Agile project delivery
  • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
  • Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years
  • Excellent ability in facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Knowledge of techniques required to properly operate Scrum such as: Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc
  • Understanding of project management skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal players and vendors
  • Must be autonomous and self motivated
  • Bilingual French and English (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, Kanban
  • Applicable knowledge of the IT/network technologies
  • Previous experience as a team lead is an asset

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading our Agile teams in adopting and implementing Agile/Scrum practices and values to meet customer demands. You will assess the Agile maturity of the team and coach them to achieve higher levels, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable. You will build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team. If you have experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years and have excellent ability in facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency, we encourage you to apply.
